@EA_David I believe I’ve messaged you, but I don’t recall a response. I have a claim made with the help services. I’ve spoke via online chat, multiple times with different representatives. I’ve received nothing, I came to this website with an optimistic idea of how things would carry out. Disappointed to say the least, this is my opinion based on my experience with NEED FOR SPEED HEAT and the HELP services.… happy holidays 💯
@SSCover1_650 Word bro. I am in the same position. Rang them and they lied over the phone, had the phone put down twice also. Automatic customer service is terrible too. No help and no resolution whatsoever
