Nfs heat all progress lost

Here again, I had to postpone playing the game due to the fact my processor couldnt handle it 10 days ago. I replaced it and I ve been playing it the past few days. When I started the game few minute...

Hey, thank you for the info given. If you haven't added it already, can we check a few things?

What's missing for you? Are your Rep level and story progress intact?

What platform are you on? 

What's your accountname/Gamertag/PSN ID?

I was level 29, 50% done the game with about 2.3 million worth of cars and 20 million in the bank and it’s all gone.... I’m pissed

    I JUST LOST all my game data today! Do they actually care about any of us since I see this issue has never been resolved? FYI I just got the game in the morning and grinded the whole day only to be given the present of an account that has nothing! WHAT THE ACTUAL * IS GOING ON. Anyways, EA is EA. as soon as the money has exchanged hands  they dump us. So What's the point of these NFS trophies I've earned on 

    ps4. freakin pathetic.

    Lost all my progress, played this game platinum trophy for nothing? just gotta start all over again from level 1, thanks EA ....

      just went in-game after the patch, only to find out I'm back at lvl 1. great going EA! way to make me NOT want to play this game again.

    Lost levels on my nfs heat got to rank 21 and dropped me back down to 16 not happy about this at all can something be done  to get it back please and thanks 🙏

      You need to fix the damn Autosave feature on this game!! Twice already I have lost all my progress! The first time I played all day and night and lost my progress cars and all my money!! I Grinded and got to level 25 then got sent back to level 1!!!!! Now it's happened again!! I've gone from level 45 to level ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 19!! This is ridiculous!!! If your Autosave feature is worthless just add a manual save option already!!! This has also happened to my family members as well!! Please do something about this as soon as possible. My gamertag is "Bread830" I've supported EA Sports My Whole Life!
