Same here, just happened to me as of 6-27-2020 this is still an issuee! Just hit REP level 50 got the regara or whatever the fastest car is called and my power went out right after I finished putting 8+ hours into that cars wrap alone. Corrupted save caused me to lose not only the time it took to finish the game and hit level 50, but also the dozens of hours I sunk into customizing all my wraps. At least a hundred hours of gameplay gone in the blink of an eye. Such a shame this has been an issue since release and it's still not fixed. EA is officially on my * list, won't be buying anything from them in the future.
