Had to restart computer, I was customizing my Aston Martin and saved the decal before returning to the lobby, I then quit to main menu and then to desktop. After I had rebooted my computer, I was met with a NFS that was completely reset, my rep was back to 1, it shows the car from the beginning chase and it even asked if I wanted to select the difficulty for the game again. I've played 8 hours and have several achievements that it still confirms, yet it acts like I've never played it. Help?

I previous 100%'d NFS Heat when I had an EA subscription through Steam. I since let that subscription lapse and recently renewed it through the EA Play app. Now when I open NFS Heat through the EA app it logs me into the exact same account (all of my records on every track are saved with the cars I used to get those records), however my garage is completely empty, the story started me from the beginning, and my bank is empty.
Is there a way for me to recover all of my lost cars from when I was playing through Steam? It's the same account because my friends are able to see me online in game.
Also, if there's a way to recover the lost cars and skins without deleting my current data that would be perfect.
