0000000, zero bruh......
Seriously, I just picked up the game, can't remap terrible shift up/gear button layout, and no G29 support? Is this even 2019? I was playing Underground 1 and 2 with my Logitech G25.

@gt1223454344ee3 Unfortunately it doesn't seem like we can expect any help. No news about any updates. Support is non-existent. The site managers only make sure you play nice and if they don't like something they lock the thread. No help and no input. You can kind of sort of get the wheel working with the x360ce emulator, but it's not perfect, at least not for me. Shouldn't have to spend hours trying to make it work. That would be EA/Ghost Games job, not ours. Might as well wait a couple of months and pick it up at a bargain bin price if you really still want it.

In our latest blog post. 🙂
STEERING WHEELS
At the end of the month, you’ll be able to plug in your own steering wheel to play Need for Speed Heat. We have tested the following models, but a few others might work as well:
- Thrustmaster T300RS (PS4, PC)
- Thrustmaster TX (Xbox, PC)
- Thrustmaster T150 (PS4, PC)
- Thrustmaster TMX (Xbox, PC)
- Logitech G29 (PS4, PC)
- Logitech G920 (Xbox, PC)
- Fanatec CSL Elite Racing Wheel (PS4, PC, XB1)
Make sure to connect your equipment before launching the game, and that your steering wheel is assigned to your user profile.
Coming January 28

@EA_Atic Wow! Finally! I will reinstall the game once the patch is released. Thank you for the good news.

@EA_Atic Well, I reinstalled the game, rebooted, and it still doesn't recognize the G29 wheel. I see others having the same problem. Was there any testing done on this? I really don't have the time to waste hours on trying to make something work that I paid for and should be able to expect to work. I know this isn't your fault, but EA dropped the ball on this one. I paid to be entertained, not create more work for myself. Now what? Need some help here!
It recognized my old wingman formula gp , but said , of course , not supported, but works . Buttons are all wrong but I could steer and use the pedals. Manual * though with button layout is all backwards, but, it worked. Had to install old logitech gaming software and not g hub. went back to controller after messing around with it

Do you have an (X-Box) controller connected? It didn't recognized my Thrustmaster TMX either as I had connected it and startet the game.I had to disconnect the also installed Controller. After this the wheel was shown correctly in the menus and completly usable.
It seems that the Game could use only one Controller at a time, and if it looks similar it stays with the first one ist sees...
