Please try restarting your PlayStation because sometimes this can fix a problem. Good luck and I hope it helps. If not then try the other steps on PlayStation connection troubleshooting.
Restart your PlayStation
- If you’re on PlayStation 4 (PS4) or PS4 Pro, touch the power button on the front until it beeps twice. Unplug it, then disconnect the power cord. Wait 30 seconds then plug it in again.
- If you’re on PlayStation 3 (PS3), hold the power button for 30 seconds. The PlayStation will beep 3 times then turn off. Unplug it, then wait a few seconds before plugging it back in and turning it back on.

Hi Uncensorious,
That did not resolve the issue. I’m still unable to sign into NFS Heat Online. My master account does have PS PLUS which means my sub account should be able to get online like other games I play on the ps4. There’s no parental restriction on the sub account as well.
