Nfs heat CD the middle part is cracked

Hello nfs heat PS4 CD the middle part is cracked it won't open what should I do

    @wgogyswutu8p Don't know if you can get it replaced with a new disc but do not put in in your console. If it starts to spin fast it might break the disc drive of your PS4
