NFS Heat: connected accounts although totally lost ingame progress.

My steam account and my EA account are connected to each other, I can see my achievements but I have lost my level, my cars and every ingame progress.

    As a fellow player that had a similar experience, I can tell you that nothing can be done. You can maybe try contacting EA Help, but most likely you will be wasting your time.
