NFS Heat Crashes on Startup

Dear EA/NFS Dev Team,

I just bought NFS Heat on PC today and was quite annoyed that your game crashes upon startup or after when it plays the loading sequence and tries to connect to EA Servers. The furthest I have ever gotten is your main menu option whereby it asks if I would like to play online or solo. I found it quite frustrating as I have clocked a whopping 0hs in this game and it has already crashed more than 20 times. In addition, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game thrice. I believe this is a fairly common issue and yet none of you have a proper solution to it, please enlighten me and the community with a fix.

    Same here, just bought the game on PC, choose solo play, it loads 15% then crashes. Pretty pathetic. 

    Does anyone have any idea how to get this game to run or what could potentially cause this crash? Are there local logfiles that I can check for clues? 

    windows 10

    16 GB RAM

    GTX 1060 6GB (latest drivers/Geforce Experience)

    AMD Ryzen 1600

    Windows Defender deactivated makes no difference, running the game client + origin client as admin makes no difference.

    Hey, @NeoWerefox  @AgentxLoc make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date.

    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with NFS:H and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

    Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.
