Nfs Heat Cross Play Issue

It will not allow me to accept cross platform friend request. Please help!

@JuGwuapo from where is the request from and what platform are you on and what errors are you getting?

    I tried sending a request to my dad who is on xbox and his name wouldn’t come up. He sent one from his xbox to my playstation and I received it but it wont let me accept it. We just want to play the game together..

      You should be able to accept him through the EA account. The only way you both will be able to play with each is by invite party only, but Xbox requires you to have xbox live, playstation does not require you to have ps+ to play online.
