NFS Heat Deluxe Edition

I have purchased the Deluxe Edition add on my Xbox Series S, it says purchased in the store, a message pops up on the screen and says “Purchased 

and Ready to install” Then when I press Install a new screen loads and says Already Owned. 

Any ideas?
