NFS Heat doesn't start

I've bought NFS Heat for PS4 in PS Market yesterday evening.
However it refuses to start with keeping same error screen during the launch.
I've tried all suggested methods, even have formated PS4 which didn't help as well.
Any new suggestions?

Sorry, seems my screenshot wasn't included into post.
Error message is CE-34848-0
I get it right after accepting rules and choosing difficulty.

@EA_Illium Just tried, opened a guest account without signing in ps id, I was able to start game and got warning that without ps account online features won't be available. TBH I would like to use my main user to play games :/ is there any possible fix?

i got this issue also from yesterday, already rebuilding database, reinstalling twice, all other games work fine ,but NFS Heat keep crashing after choosing difficulty on the connecting to EA screen
ps4 firmware updated to the latest 11.05

hey i got update on this, i can play the game with offline mode (literally disconnect to the internet and not sign in to EA or anything)
it seems the issue is in signing on EA/online feature.
try to play it offline first

Verify you signed into your PSN account

Check for updates

Restore Licence

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open your PS5 NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

@EA_Illium I can play offline, but cmon I'm not buying game to have half access 🙂

@Magnagag4TBF I've got the same problem. Only difference is that my account got everything working but for the other profiles even with or without PS plus it doesn't work. If I disconnect internet the game starts but online features are crashing the game in a heartbeat if the internet turns on and online starts. Ridiculous problem when we are paying this of money.

Hi @Magnagag4TBF, To confirm where you able to try the steps I shared as well? If so would it be possible to re-add your profile to the console and test again?
