NFS Heat Error By Updating the Crew Info

Hey, I’m trying to update the infos of my crew. But the game shows me an error code: 1073807360. Can anyone help please?

I think its because the club name is already taken

    The error message is because the crew name is already taken, it happened to me and i changed it and it went through
