NFS Heat Error By Updating the Crew Info

Hey, I’m trying to update the infos of my crew. But the game shows me an error code: 1073807360. Can anyone help please?

    I have been playing this game for a little while i was in level 45 for crew I just need the Ferrari to complete the game

    My level 49 crew has gone!! What is happening to this game!

    Not just gone, I tried to search for another crew and tried to create new one but was not able to do so.

    I looked into Facebook group and not just me. It seems happened to everyone.

    When I tried to play it online, it seems every player was not in their crew.
