NFS Heat Even not starting (event already running)

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug I accidentally pressed retry race (I play in manual mode so I pressed triangle to change my view and it’s the same button as retry race) after a heat 3 race and it disintegrated do anything. I proceeded to a heat 5 race and when I got there it said event in progress with a 29 second timer that wouldn’t start counting. This is about the 4th time I’ve had a bug before I could turn in my volatile parts and I would’ve had them all by now.
What car were you using? Porsche Carrera RsR 2.8

What was the last event you played? Heat 3 “crossover”

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t get my part.z
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my parts for all the time I’ve wasted

i can’t start the race and this always happened. Either right before I turn in a part (the game literally just stopped working an I fell through the map at one point) or before I can get to my last part a bug always stops me. I’ve lost countless parts and I really getting tired of this game.
