NFS Heat freezes when starting the game......

Hi, I really hope somebody can help me with this issue that I am having.... I just paid $90 to play this game. I'm pretty damn excited to play this game. Every time I start the game, the game freeze...

Unfortunately I was not able to fix my issue.... Any other games work, but not this one.... I'm pretty upset spending money on a game that doesn't even work.

is it game not loading or you cant open the game? (black screen or any error)

    The game opens and it freezes my whole computer afterwards.... Some times it would show the intro and then freezes.

      Hey,everyone,  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date. 
       
      You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with NFS: HEAT and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
       
      Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.
