NFS Heat having bad graphics on 5:4 Monitor
So I recently bought NFS Heat, And what I noticed when I started playing is that the contrast is too high, And the game is Pixeling like helll as if it is a 360p Video on youtube, I was playing on 1280x1024 Highest settings possible I also noticed that problem on lowest settings possible... Why is this happening?
My PC specs:
-Core i5-4590, 8 GB RAM Dual Channel, AMD Radeon RX 570 4 GB
Software:
-AMD Adrenaline 2020 20.2.1 Software, Windows 10 Pro 64 bit build 1909
Monitor: Dell 1908FP running at 75 Hz
- @InfinityVive It is because the game uses a forced sharpening filter you can't turn off. If you look closely to each pixel you will notice a halo around it. With FXAA on you can't fix this because the sharpening brings the aliasing right back. TAA is your best bet but it is pretty weak. Aliasing is left present and the game gets a horrible trailing effect. You can try to mess around with the resolution scaler and TAA for the best image. Maybe try to set a custom resolution that is a bit higher with the same aspect ratio as your monitor (also try to disable all post sharpening on your monitors end too if present). EA please let us disable this horrible sharpening filter together with chromatic abberation and filmgrain! Also improve the TAA or give us MSAA.
