I've got the racing down but am pretty sick of getting busted all the time, can anyone help me pick a tough car and the right auxiliary items? also should i tune the suspension for on road only, or add some light offroad capability to help escape the police?

i thought only ea staff could have custom profile pics, yet i've been seeing lots of people with custom profiles. how do i upload my own photos as my avatar? can you give me a step by step walkthrough?
