Hey, @Leon232002 can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with NEED FOR SPEED™ HEAT and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

- clean boot
- reinstalling Nvidia Drivers (Using DDU to uninstall them first)
- disabling Discord and Nvidia Overlay
- disabling Steam and Origin Overlay
- making user.cfg file
- changing Nvidia Control Panel settings to make sure RTX 3060 is being used
- Connecting an External Display and disabling iGPU
- reinstalling Windows 10 Pro 64bit
- verifying game files
- disabling Windows 10 game mode
- disabling transparency effects
Nvidia GPU driver 462.21
I have a MSI laptop with all drivers installed from the official site. I also tried installing the latest Nvidia update, but no result. The cutscenes still lag.
CPU : Intel Core i5-11400H 2.70 GHz
GPU : Nvidia RTX 3060 6gb
RAM : 16 Gb
SSD : 1 Tb
I have all C++ redistributables and I downloaded DirectX Runtime Web installer.
The Cpu is not fully used (50% usage). It's something about these pre rendered cutscenes which are laggy because my game runs very well when I race.
