NFS Heat laggy cutscenes + intro

The cutscene from the intro is laggy, just like some of the story, which is not ok. The sound cuts out during those cutscenes. I think the game needs an optimization for RTX 3000 series (Mobile). I ...

Hey, @Leon232002  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with NEED FOR SPEED™ HEAT and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

 

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

hello i have this problem to i have no problem in need for speed unbound but here get lag in cinamatic's please help how fix this problem
