NFS heat PC dont allow resolution above full hd

Hello, i have an ryzen 3600 - 32gb at 3200 mhz and a Sapphire rt 5800rx. I do play a lot of GTA V in 3840 X 2160 (on my 4k TV as second monitor). But my NFS HEAT dont allow me to up any resolution above 1920x1080. Can someone help me with that?

    @Anubis_3215 Hi, what happens when you try to raise your resolution? 

    Can you try setting your 4K tv as the main screen as a test and see if the same issue occurs?
