So far I have done steps 2-4. For step 1, I don't seem to be able to see the Repair function under the Library/Tile Dots section. I will test to see if the steps 2-4 helps for now. Thank you 🙂

Apologies for Steam is will be under the manage option, Verify the game in via your Steam library
Have you tried running as an admin? If so, can you try to delete the save folder, verify once more and check if this continues?
I’ve already tried verifying the files on Steam but to no avail. I have tried locating the save file before but I cannot seem to find it in the common directories being listed by other players online. Is it in the steamapps folder?

The Save location should be: C:\Users%UserName%\Documents\Need for Speed Heat\SaveGame\savegameIf not it may also be in Steam; Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1222680/pfx
