NFS Heat Shutting off my PC completely

Same problem here when i was in the middle of a race. My whole PC randomly force shut down by itself without warning. I thought it could be my PC overheating or smtg. but it only happens when I play NFS Heat, while others games seems to not have this issue. 

PC spec : i5 8300h 

               16GB ram DDR4

               GTX 1050 

Same goes for me.  I haven't tried it with any other Origin game but for some reason NFS Heat just shuts it down!

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

MSI GTX 1660 Super Gaming X

G.Skill 16 GB 3600 MHz RAM

So update, it seems to be just NFS Heat.  We are not the only ones having problems and of course EA is spitting out the same old nonsense troubleshooting of CC Cleaner and SFC scan on the image.  It is almost like EA just wants us for our moneyyyyy.....hmmm.  Yo EA!  We are not your cash cows you can mistreat!  We are your gamers that want our respect!  PLEASE ASSIST US!

Okay so whenever I’m leaving my garage it sometimes crashes my whole pc and it restarts while saying no bootable device. Is that what you guys are getting or is it just me? I cant get past the part in the story line where they get in the league and find her brother in the workshop all beat up and chained to the chair and when he takes us out of the garage my whole pc just crashes its so annoying is there any fix?

@UhhRacist Getting a "no bootable device" indicates a hard drive issue. Do you have an alternative hard drive you can install the game to?

You may also want to run a System File Checker scan on your hard drive, it may show up if there is a physical issue.

@CyberTechVibes Hi, a system shutdown is indicative of a system issue, the games would just be triggering it, presumably as they're more demanding than many other applications. 

You mention scans and reinstalls in the other thread, and them finding nothing. I'll take it from a comment in another thread that you've tried disabling any OCs too. Can I check what other steps were taken? they may help with figuring out what's going wrong here.

Any details on exactly how the shutdown manifests may help too.

No i dont its the game that triggers the pc crashes and SSD falure though should i get an extra 500 gb ssd and move the game file to it or should I completely replace the SSD i have had it for only about 10 months it shouldn’t have died this quickly 

@EA_David it isn't my system.  Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order works completely fine with Origin, as well as NFS Rivals.  All my STEAM games work perfectly even WITH Chrome hogging RAM up.  It's the game and by the posts from other users, I can see it is the game because they have other setups that aren't like mine and they have the same complaints as I do.  Now, tell me again it is my system!  Look into this mess please!

@EA_David The only fix that I have seen is to launch the game in windowed mode, fullscreen and bordered crash it but windowed seems like it is ok to use.

Update:  Went to open Chrome and it crashed so it has to be the fact that the game takes up so many resources from the computer and just kills it.  Although you may be right that it is a system thing and my computer can't handle a game with Chrome, your game still should not be taking up that much for it to crash a PC.  This issue is a nuisance and I won't be updating my hardware anytime soon to conform to your resource-hogging games.  Maybe it should be looked into about this game hogging everything up.  Fullscreen mode crashes and it shouldn't do that.  I know I may come off as rude, but a company like EA should be able to have the helping hands to be able to see what they can do for their customers.  An unhappy customer is an unhappy business.

@UhhRacist If you only have one hard drive, I don't want to push you to buying additional stuff. 

You can run a Windows Command called Chkdsk /f to check for errors on a local storage drive. 

To do this, you can open an elevated command prompt (type "cmd" into windows, right-click the command prompt option, and choose to Run as adminstrator) and enter: chkdsk /f

This can take a bit of time, it'll make windows scan the storage for errors. You can find more info here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/chkdsk

@CyberTechVibes Resource allocation can be a factor, but it should at most be crashing the game and not the system. You're right, the game should run even with some stuff defocused, and finding the failure point between them can be tricky. I wonder, have you made any alterations to your page file from the default?

@EA_David Nah, no alterations.  Whatever came with installation is in there
