NFS Heat Studio - Not compatible with device

All requirments are met with my phone as well but it still says incompatable.

i have a samsung a10 and still cant download the nfs studio app ?

Me to I have Motorola g5 plus in Android 8.1 and it's not available

Incompatible with a 2019 Samsung Galaxy A10E, despite meeting all of the requirements, including the OS version, which is on 9.0

Same on the Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) with the up to date firmware. Says that it's not compatible with my device at all despite matching all the requirements especially the OpenGL version is at 3.2, 64-bit and using Android 9. My brother wants to use this app on my device since he got it for Christmas this year. Not happy EA that it's taking too long to be compatible for every device that can run it yet not even those with the requirements ain't allowed to even run it.

Not compatible with any of my Samsungs (yes I have many), including even my Tab A which is annoying and preferred (at least it's a better size screen for detailed work) though I would still prefer to do it on my console (PS4 Pro using my 4K HDR 55 inch TV..)..

Why would anyone want to customise a car on a tiny screen mobile device? Great if you need a 2 hour dump and don't want to see a doctor about it but useless otherwise! Come on EA, stop with the nonsense and let us do this in game, GTA V already proved it was a failure but at least they changed it so most devices became compatible. This shouldn't be an issue in this day and age! Tech goes backwards or we are expected to purchase specific additional devices to play a console game we've already forked out for!! Crazy!

Can’t sync up my Studio app to my PS4. I own an iPhone XR with my NFS Heat Studio app. 

I am having the same problem with my Motorola Moto E. I have Android 10 and all of the other minimum requirements, but I still can't get the app to download because the Play Store says that it isn't compatible. This really needs to be fixed.

I own a Motorola Moto E, 2gb RAM, Android v10. The Studio app is saying incompatible. I love the game just wish the app was able to be downloaded to my phone. When do you think it will be available to all phones?
