NFS heat studio not available in region

The nfs heat studio app isn’t found on my phone I have iPhone8 keeps saying not available in region I’m in nz

    From Australia and I cannot download it either. Not available in the iOS store for me and I’ve got an iPhone 7

    Not available in Ukraine (iOS and Android). Could you review country list please.
