NFS Heat Update urgent needed, still on 1.0

Hi , i bought NFS Heat for PC last week and playing for some time now, still on version 1.0, would like to upgrade to 1.5 for wheel support , how do i do this , the EA app is configured for to update even when the game is not playing , but still nothing, plz help!!!!!!!!!
