Reset your GPU defaults via the NVIDIA control panel and click APPLY.
Make sure you have the correct drivers installed for your GPU too, thanks.

Barry, I appreciate the fact that you are trying to help me, please stop giving me generic troubleshooting solutions. They're a waste of my time and your time.solved the issue by deleting the programdata folder for Origin
