NFS Heat

When installing; at the end of the process I get an error message. 

Error: A redistributable package (DirectX) was not installed successfully. 

Set up cannot continue. (4294967287)

I have tried solution on the forum but they have not worked: 

- Disable Anti Virus

- Deleted all files except DXSETUP, dsetup32.dll and DSETUP.dll in the game folder / _Installer / directx / redist  

Any ideas to resolve please.

    @HookyHarry1 Try to remove your GPU drivers with DDU. Install the latest drivers from Intel, AMD or NVIDIA. And if that still gives an error. Try to clean up you directx shader cache. This PC > Select your bootdrive > advanced propperties > disk cleanup > only check directx shader cache and clean. Hope this helps.

    1. Search your game install location for *.exe
    2. Right click and run the DirectX and vcredistributable files as an Administrator.
    3. Reboot and retry playing, thanks.
