NFS Hot Pursuit Remaster Console 2 player mode?

Hey are they finally going to allow 2 player console? Where one player can be the cop and the other player can drive get away?

@Russprouts Split Screen mode won't return just like original HP2010.Online multiplayer is the only choice to play with others.
