NFS HOT PURSUIT REMASTERED not saving progress

I got a problem with saves in NFS Hot Pursuit remastered. Game doesn't save progress and shows messege(attached file) before launching. Please HELP

Same problem.
worst, my progression was not saved, i had to restart the whole game at each launch.
I solved by right click the exe, set it to "launch as administrator".
Now it keeps my save.

hey , i had the same pb on payback, just solved it by allowed the .exe in windows defender and running the app as admin

@Damnson1223 Onedrive and NFS games don't mix.
Try opening OneDrive, and then: settings > account > unlink
From there, unlink "My Documents" and restart.

Hi @Damnson1223 Can we try running through the following and check if this continues?

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)

Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
