NFS Hot Pursuit REMASTERED

Hi, Guys,

What is the reason that when I launch Hot Pursuit, after a few seconds, it will close the game and say "Failed to launch game," and the follow-up says, "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I don't know what's happening on EA; I even tried on Steam because I bought both. If someone knows what is happening and knows how to fix it, please reply here.     Hello there, 

    Have you tried checking the "Run this program as an administrator" checkbox in the compatibility tab of the properties of the executable file?

    NFS Payback and  NFS Heat EA pc version won't launch and returns to the home screen but all other games in my EA App library working fine. If any one have informations to help.
