NFS Hot Pursuit wont let me play online.

I downloaded NFS: Hot Pursuit directly from Origin. I beat the missions and i tired to go online, but it said that i need the multiplayer code, but when i downloaded Hot Pursuit directly from originon my pc, it didn't give me no multiplayer code. Need for Speed shift unleashed never gave me a multiplayer code either. Please FIX this.
