Hey can any one help me with launching nfs hp remastered i launched from EA it goes black and it redirect me back to the EA app I reinstall and did the windows compatibility the specs are more than required Can any any give me suggestion for running it

well its a bit late but i tried all of that and its still not working
and also ea support dont even answer me after i opened my ticket may be they should update the game for fixing problem when running in win10/11
