We are looking into a download issue related to game pass, but I don't think this is the same thing.

If you download Origin and try download to the secondary drive with that, does it work?

  @DJ258512 The autolog servers are broken so maybe that's why you can't download the game.
  
  Unfortunately EA don't appear to have cottoned on to this yet but I'm sure it'll get sorted fairly quickly once they do.
