NFS HP Remastered Crash on start Xbox One

I contacted EA support, and they could not help me with my issue.  Any help would be great!

The game starts, opens the car manufactures page, and plays the opening video.  When it tells you to press start (button with 3 bars) game crashes and goes back to main Xbox screen. 

I have uninstalled the game and did a new install, and I have also reset/reboot my Xbox.

Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi, if you're stilll having issues with this, does swapping to and playing on another profile have any impact on game stability/
