Hi,

I have done that but yet no chance. Also I have already done following steps

1. Set administration rights and the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
2. Uninstalled Origin and reinstalled it
3. Tried to run the game offline
4. Installed latest Direct X and the C++ Redistributables
5. Updated Nvidia drivers to the latest version 

But none of above methods could take me to the game.

Please also try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

I had same issue, I fixed it by changing controller, I was using a logitech.
