NFS MW 2012 - Cars in Multiplayer

In multiplayer, I am not able to completely get the Shelby Cobra 427. I got the 10 non-DLC milestones but the number of unlocked cars on the licenceplate did not increase.

Also, playing without any DLC I was still able to unlock the Ram-chassis for all the cars except for the Porche Panamera Turbo S.

Anyone with the same problems or anyone who has a solution?
