nfs mw is not nfs mw

i have bought NeedForSpeed MostWanted when it came out installed it on 1 computer my first PC
this crashed bacause of age, i managed to reboot and uninstall everything including NFS MW .
i was instructed to do so by EA-Games but my personal code that came with the game was not linked to my EA-Games account.
instead they didn't know enough about PC's and linked it to my old PC's motherboard wich they just told me to erase
only after about 3 weeks of complaining they offerd me another sollution : " send us your original game-code and we will send a brand-new game with a downloadcode"
I have send the original codes ,wich where printed on the manual, that weekend......7 weeks later i asked : "why no responds please i want to play the game again"
they responded with : "we have no codes nor manual recieved as such we must inform u that deu to the high risk of fraud all communication will be ended"
And NOW after some years they present Need For Speed on origin and as i am looking at all the versions i notice NFS MW so because i played NFS MW before i thought yaaay 19.99 to play the first PC-game in wich i played for over 1000 hours thats a no-brainer(as in i don't think twice) however as it starts i wonderd about the start screen and then i see its a fake because its NOT the NFS MW i used to play it's not even in the same city.....so i asked my money back for both games (both because the fake was made by EA-games,so Most Wanted 2 or NOT Most wanted on the cover would be less misdirectional towards buyer's...) "Drako" :who was the same one that ended communications the first time and oh yeah is not 1 person but just a fictional position within the company.: ended my post, instead of offering to adjust or just scrap that 1 word ,an angry word : cause i am angry EA ripped me off twice....
SOOOO pleas refund both NFS MW the first was 29.99 the second was 19.99
PS.: u can't delete this one for not being constructive,not explainatory, or using bad language
besides technicly u had no right to scrap the first one ,as the problem clearly begins with the pe-origin game as is as such bound to those rules
PPS.: i would realy appreciate further comm. in Dutch cause my English is only so-so
