NFS MW missing dll error

 When I try to run the game on win7x64 it crashes with error Invalid license. Missing DLL D3DCompiler_43.dll. Error 0x000000c1. I tried updating directX, updating windows. I have downloaded the missing dll and pasted in system folder and in game folder but it didn't help
