NFS MW save game deleted from the cloud

Why all my cars and my game progression was deleted from the cloud after a friend visited me and logged into his account? I logged back to mine a few hours later and everything was erased (cars, mods, mw cars). Why electronic arts dosen't give a * about users from origin? I opened a chat a few days ago and it said that I have to wait under 5 mins. Guess what jerks, I've waited 2 hours and nobody bothered to do a thing. Yesterday same *, today same * and they are wondering why EA is the most hated company from the gaming industry. That is why, because you sell us tons of DLC and after you see the money in your account you don't give a * about users anymore. I have a case opened so move your * and solve this! You have everything you need there, the description and some screen shots! If EA Support can't fix this I will stop buying EA Games!
