NFS NL Crews

How do I get actual real players to join my crew? Every few days I’ve been kicking out NPC’s that take up a crew slot and then don’t race.

Hello NavyAICS,
It's very hard to get an actual player since they tend to gravitate to large crews or just stay in the default one (like in NFS Heat). Never had an actual player join my crew, except friends who played the game with me.
