NFS No Limit: Lost Progress (Android)

First of all, thanks for creating this fantastic 5-star rating game. However, it just crashed on me and cost me all the progress in the Snoop Dogg event.
 
The app crashed in the midst of play of "Snoop Dogg - Chapter 3: Event 4".  All progress of the "Snoop Dogg" event was lost after the app restarted.
 
Google Play account:  [edit: email address removed]
Playing on:  Android
Device:  Samsung S6
 
Can you help me to restore the progress to "Snoop Dogg - Chapter 3: Event 4" into my account? Thank you.

    Hi @hengchs,

    Please remember that Answers HQ is a player-to-player forum.  This is why you did not receive an answer from an EA Game Advisor or from a Firemonkeys Tech support representative.  

    Regarding your issue, it seems your unsaved data was lost due to a game crash. This is something that Firemonkeys can look into for you. Please contact their tech support directly for assistance with this issue. Cheers!

    Very slow. No response received yet.

    I have decided to stop waiting for your response and went ahead with my game.

    Hope there I will be compensated at some point for the lost progress.

    did they ever get back to you? if so did they replace your data? am currently waiting for "reimbursement"
