NFS No Limits : Tournaments; not loading car select screen

For the last few days I haven't been able to access any tournament races. Is EA aware of this bug, and if so, how soon will it be fixed?

    @NoizyBassist I've been able to do Tournament races just fine.

    Try force closing No Limits and launching it again.

    If that doesn't work, then try turning off your mobile device and turning it back on. Once your mobile device is back on, then launch No Limits.

    @NoizyBassist  I believe your likelihood of getting a solution is better here than in Origin's forum.

    Thank you for your help, unfortunately, neither of those proposed solutions worked. I did find a way to fix this issue, here's how:
    1.Launch NFS: No Limits, tap the cog icon on the top left of your screen. Select "Data Management". Select "Upload Data". A confirmation prompt will appear, select "Yes". Wait until you see the "upload to cloud successful", exit app.
    2. Go to "settings" on your Android device. Select "application manager". Select NFS: No Limits. Select "clear cache". After cache is cleared, select "clear data". A confirmation prompt will appear, select "Yes". After data is cleared, select "Uninstall". After game is uninstalled, go to Google Play store and reinstall.
    3. Launch NFS: No Limits. Sign into your Google Play Games account. You should now be able to participate in tournament races!

    Hi...I'm at level 74 and I still don't have tournaments. Is it the type of phone I am using or another issue? Chop shop was unlocked in just a few days why haven't I unlocked tournaments?
