Nfs no limits Game Hanging at Loading screen

After about 6 hours it finally logged in ok the other day, when it did login a new lot of content downloaded, about 71mb. Just now another new lot of content was pushed out, another 71mb, now i can't login as it says my save game data is from a newer version, possibly they rolled back the change from the other day? But how do i get around this issue?

I'd delete the game and re-download from the ground up.  As long as your game was saved to the cloud you should return to where you left it, just make sure you do all this on wifi.

The reason i don't want to do that is i am currently at Level 81, and have spent about $60 on in app purchases, but the cloud save data is out of sync, it's from when i was at Level 46. I have tried installing on another Android device Need for Speed no limits and it always goes back to this old profile, before all my purchases. I just tried it now on my old device to confirm. 

I have a support ticket with Firemonkeys about this for a few weeks but so far haven't got a reply. My profile id for some reason is different on my NVIDIA shield tablet, and the save game data is from just before i got the nvidia shield tablet. 

Another bug that has showed up since the last content update, it keeps on saying there is new content available and to restart, but it never downloads new content when i restart the game.
