Hello, which level I must get to start collecting blueprints to laferrari by loading docks?

The Ferrari LaFerrari blueprints can't be won from the Loading Docks.
The only way to get Ferrari LaFerrari blueprints is to participate in Blackridge Spirit special events. Two Blackridge Spirit special events had happened already.
There might be a third one. Who knows...?
There's no level restrictions to participate in Blackridge Spirit special event. Instead, you'll have to prepare a selected amount of cars to meet the required PR targets for each chapter for every car.
I won the 2nd Blackrigde Spirit, I need blueprints to laferrari to complete underground mode :P
i wouldn't rely on using the laferrari for completing the underground due to limited access to blueprints, you should be concentrating on other cars like nissan gtr, mcclaren 650 and so on
That wouldn't be so easy because I have on my laferrari 806 PR, nissan has 729 other super cars has from 650 to 730 I must collect 811 PR to continue underground (car series are locked because PR)... I like that situations xDDD
