NFS No Limits P2W

Hi everyone, I can't seem to complete event 11 of day 7 on the Urban Legends event. I'm at PR 654 yet I'm nowhere near close to the 2nd blacklist member. This game is way too hard and purely P2W. I've also spent £10s worth of gold on the event. What is this? EA? I can't even win a car without spending real money, or without spending more than £15. Disappointing.
