NFS Payback BOSS RE-BATTLES and normal races

Can we RE-BATTLE bosses now since all cars can go to 399? And maybe make them harder than the were the first time? Since they can match your car lvls. Could we also race against any street league too? Like Graveyard shift in 399 cars, or several different leagues in one race? Like FEM, Graveyard, Riot club, etc. like they did in the race with the BMW where kingsnake had to win? I would like to battle bosses again and have different opponents each race since it would be refreshing.
