NFS: Payback coming on STEAM?

Only 3 games on steam that are from NFS series,

Need For Speed Underground

Need For Speed Hot Pursuit

Need For Speed Shift

Need For Speed Payback will most likely not be on steam now, if you are lucky it might end up there some time.

Need For Speed 2015 is not on steam even after 2 years after release

Maybe you know the reasoning behind this? Because I see no reasonable explanation to this, why EA or STEAM doesn't want this to happen. I'd like every NFS game to be available in STEAM, that is the only place I buy games from.

i do not disagree on you on that, its the same thing with Uplay,

but its a market thingy i guess, Ubisoft have their games mainly on Uplay for own benefit same with EA and Orgins, ofc some of their games is on steam aswell but i think all in all its just about profitt benefits, but i think @EA_Andy or someone from EA can answer that part.

BUT! i think we can add the game to steam libary if u like 🙂 i did that with Ghost Recon Wildlands becouse i bought it on Uplay but play it trough Steam

I do know, that not steam related games can also be added, but that's not the same. Personal opinion and preferences there. Well, maybe someone from EA could answer this and maybe even rise a question at the HQ about launching the game in STEAM as well?

Underground nope, Undercover*, and never more steam sell Need for Speed or any EA Game.

Most Wanted (2012)

Rivals (2013)

NFS 2015

so the latest game on steam is over 7 years old

so if EA does add it, it will have to be well after they think the customers lost interest

You can buy it now haha
