NFS Payback crash to desktop.

Question

Hello, I have problem with NFS Payback. When i click Play button game run and stuck black screen, then after few seconds window disappears and Origins back in. When i click Enter or Mouse Button 1 black window freeze and dont disappear if I turn on Task Manager I see that game stuck on 300MB of RAM and 0% CPU usage.

CPU: Pentium G3220 2x3.0GHz

RAM: 2X4GB UDIMM 1600MHz CL9

GPU: GTX 1050 2GB

With this setup I can run NFS 2015 on Ultra Settings so NFS Payback should run in minimal settings as well.

PS. Sorry for my language skills. :D

PS2. No error appears when game crash, using DX12, tried clean boot and reinstall, also I used Repair.

Every time after you install an upgrade or apply new visual things to your car, am i right? It happens to me too and ı am still waiting for the new patch that solves this * problems. EA does not deserve my money.

Hey man, I had the exact same problem, but now I fixed it. I had pre-ordered the game and pre-loaded the game and on the release date when I tried playing it kept crashing.
After the game offically launched I uninstalled it and re-instated and it works perfectly now. Hope it works for you too.

I had pre-ordered the game and pre-loaded the game too...same issue....I&nbsp;uninstalled game, re-instaled, repaired, disable internet, disable antivirus...nothing helpfull :/

@RikerFT@DupszynGames&nbsp;@jakemore36Guys try this method. Uninstall your Origin completely via Control Panel.Download latest version from https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download .Make a fresh install.You do not have to uninstall games as well. No restart is required. This at least resolved my issue, pretty much the same one, that was investigated here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Crashing-While-Launching/m-p/6402269#M329
