NFS Payback Derelict Cars Issues

I’m having issues with acquiring the derelict cars in Payback. I had all the derelicts in my garage last year around April I believe before all of these new updates and before I sold the game back. I bought the game again last month and got the prompt about my save being outdated, so of course I accepted the new update so I don’t have to restart the game. My progress in the game is still the same, 100% story mode and everything but all of sudden the derelict cars are no longer in my garage and are locked in the dealerships without any means to retrieve them. They don’t show up on free roam either. I’ve reinstalled the game several times but nothing seems to be working. Any thoughts? I currently play on my PS4.
